The following Action Plan Objectives will increase the number of youth-serving executives, the number of minority/female professionals and improve employee retention, in the right positions at all levels.

1. Maintain and enhance a program to recruit an engaged professional workforce.
   
   
2. Utilize mentors and official Scout training programs to effectively place and retain professionals, in the right positions at all levels, based on community needs.
