Executive Summary

During the fourth quarter of 2007, a Tall Pine Council Steering Committee and five Sub Committees, consisting of 45 individuals from all levels of the Council, developed Action Plans identifying 16 major objectives, with 175 measurable tasks of What, Who and When for the Tall Pine Council 2008-10 Strategic Plan. The following information provides you with an Executive Summary, which defines the focus of the new Council Plan in five specific areas or Pillars of (I) Quality Program Experience, (II) Fiscally Sound, (III) Volunteer Leadership, (IV) Chartered Organizations and (V) Human Resources to be implemented over the plan's three-year period.
