Action Plan

In order to develop an effective Strategic Plan to improve the Tall Tall Council over the next 3 years, a Steering Committee and 5 Sub-Committees were organized, consisting of 45 individuals from all levels of the Council, to focus on the key areas of I- Quality Program, II- Fiscally Sound, III- Volunteer Leadership, IV- Chartered Organizations and V- Human Resources. As a result of their efforts, a 45 page Action Plan document was produced defining 16 major objectives and 175 measurable tasks of What, Who and When. Listed below are the dedicated volunteers that served on the committees.
