Scoutmasters and Merit Badge Counselors please e-mail
meritbadgelist@tpcbsa.org
for the password and include the following in the e-mail:
- Name
- E-mail Address
- Your Unit
- Position in Scouting

counselor privacy, the password will be given out
once per unit.
