DAY CAMP

Cost: 2 days = $30, 4 days = $60

  • Cub Scouts attend for the day (not overnight).
  • Any registered Tiger Cub, Cub Scout or Webelos Scout may attend.
  • New Tiger Cubs entering the 1st grade in the fall must have an adult partner with them.
  • Day Camps offer basic camp fun with activities such as: Archery, BB Guns, Water Games, Crafts, Scout Skills and more.
  • Shiawassee County Location:
    July 7-10, 2008 at Perry Baptist Camp - Between Brewer Rd. and M-52
  • Lapeer County Location:
    July 14-17, 2008 at Camp Holaka
  • Genesee County Location:
    July 21-24, 2008 at Bicentennial
    Park, in Grand Blanc

FAMILY CAMP

Cost: $50 per participant (youth or adult)

  • An opportunity for a Cub Scout and his parent(s) to share an outdoor camping experience.
  • Family Camps have traditional program activities consisting of longtime favorites: Archery, BB Guns, Crafts, Swimming, Paddle Boats, Games, fishing and more.
  • A parent or guardian can share with their son(s) a weekend of fun (Friday night to Sunday morning).
  • Meals will be provided in our newly expanded dining hall.
  • Dad n’ Lad: June 27-29, 2008
    (Dad’s only with their son) at Camp Holaka
  • Mom n’ Me: July 18-20, 2008
    (Mom’s only with their son) at Camp Holaka
  • Scout n’ Pal: August 1-3, 2008
    (Parent approved adult relative/guardian and a
    Cub Scout) at Camp Holaka

SUMMER CAMP

Cost: $75 per participant (youth or adult)

  • Separate Sessions for Cub and Webelos Scouts.
  • Your pack may attend Summer Camp under it’s own leadership - 1 leader per 4 boys with a minimum of 2 deep leadership required (do not need a parent for every boy).
  • Your pack will camp together as a group in a shared campsite with other packs.
  • The advanced program contains the Family Camp favorites, but also provides the opportunity to earn achievements and recognitions.
  • Two full days of programs and activities (Thursday night to Sunday morning).
  • These Camps are for boys entering the 2nd grade or higher - no Tiger Cubs please.

Both held at Camp Holaka:

  • Webelos Summer Camp: July 10-13, 2008
    (Boys entering the 4th or 5th grades this fall)
    • WEB ACTIVITY PINS - Scientist / Naturalist
    • ACADEMICS PIN - Astronomy

  • Cub Scout Summer Camp: July 24-27, 2008
    (Boys entering 2nd grade or higher this fall)

NOTE: You must register no later than two weeks prior to the start date of your camp for your Cub Scout to receive his free T-shirt at Camp! See details on the registration forms.
